Food was terrible. My son and I got sick (my son threw up for 5 hours on the plane home after having breakfast) I was still there and was bedridden for one week. Staff did not SPEAK ONE WORD of English. Staff couldn't even read their own menus and they were not helpful and somewhat rude. The food they put in front of us was disgusting. Staff only gave us one roll of toilet paper for one week. $300/night is a joke and a rip off (pool was very small).

Heard this woman complaining about how the pool was too small even though we were right next to a damn ocean. Got mad at the service reps for not speaking English too (we're in Mexico).

I spent 2 days there, it was an unforgettable experience with my family, the place was very quiet to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Good attention. On the part of the restaurant, the breakfast was very delicious. All I needed was an espresso coffee or a cappuccino. Which by the way I'll order it for the next visit. To finish. An unforgettable view, very comfortable and beautiful cabins. If I would return. Thank you. Casa bichu for everything there I ordered a machine for espresso and cappuccino I repeat.

We stayed for a weekend in a very nice place, very private, the attention of the boy in charge of the door was very friendly, what left a lot to be desired was the restaurant, they gave us a complimentary drink. I ordered a mojito, the mint was black, very sweet without the characteristic flavor of the mojito, I would have preferred if they asked me to choose something else... the service in the restaurant can improve a lot, and I also give the food a 5 out of 10

Clear example of a business whose sole purpose is to obtain an advantage at all costs. In the low season, they welcome outsiders to eat in the restaurant and increase income, they promote this, and when you decide to go visit the pretext comes: "we are full, they can't come in" with such a despotic attitude from the security people. Have clear policies and make statements on your networks about whether or not access can be allowed, you have already taken too much advantage of the food pass, I am sure we all learned about your accommodation thanks to some Youtuber who entered your facilities by that method. Transparency please.

The entire establishment is super good... Maybe the location to get there may be a mistake but since you are inside!!! The whole experience is worth it. And the super affordable price!!!
